The lone journey of the artist.

I don't know what it is about the 20xx era but it seems like every dang artist out there is just too damn
diva to ever want to do a collaboration. I have almost begged for collaboration work with various
artists. All to just fall upon deaf or ignorant ears. It is something I have encountered a lot in the big city of
Atlanta. So I decided that I will simply do this as a solo mission.

I will gladly take any criticism and pointers to my artwork easily. I mean hell, I'm not a child anymore. I can take a comment or insult easily. But I miss the days of doing "pencils" while I would have quite a few folks that would throw inks on it. Then pass it along to a colorist and watch the magic happen. We made milestones with number 2 pencils, ballpoint pen, and colored pencils. Nowadays you have soo much digital media and programs one artist could do it all. But I ask the question, WHY??

In the professional comic book industry, it is rare to find a book completely done by simply ONE artist. Hell, due to deadlines alone, you have an inker that you may or may not get along with. You have a writer that
you will bang your head against a wall with his thinking. You then have the colorist who pretty much can
make or break your picture. But here and now in the shallow pool of talent here in the city, you have
DIVA syndrome. And trust me, I'm so damn sick of it.
